AKO was one of more than 1,700 exhibitors from more than 154 countries, meeting at ANUGA FOODTEC 2022, one of the leading international trade fairs, to stay abreast of what is new in the food and beverages market.<\/p>\r\n

Koelnmesse (Cologne, Germany) from 26 to 29 April, gathers all the cold chain players in the food industry. AKO wished to share its know-how and experience in temperature monitoring to preserve food companies\u2019 goods throughout the cold chain, sharing innovative tech trends.<\/p>\r\n

We listened carefully and held highly-relevant conversations of great interest to us with companies in the logistics, meat and food sectors, who have a very high opinion of our AKODATA solution for digitising, saving costs and preventing spoiling of perishable products.<\/p>\r\n

The health crisis experienced in recent years has drastically raised awareness in terms of food and beverage safety throughout the entire food chain. ANUGA FOODTEC is committed to technological innovation to achieve a more sustainable and healthier food system, in terms of intelligent production systems and process automation.<\/p>\r\n

In the event\u2019s Innovation Zone, the CEO of AKO Monitoring Germany, Michael Bruck, was selected to deliver a talk entitled \u201cInnovative Solution on Cold Chain Monitoring\u201d, on our cold chain temperature monitoring solution. Michael demonstrated how the monitoring and traceability solutions we offer are essential to the success of any business in terms of guaranteeing the freshness of food and perishable goods as well as of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.<\/p>\r\n

Because improving how we care for products by monitoring installations from any location and at all times means having a continuous log available to detect inadequate storage conditions.<\/p>\r\n
