To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Logística Profesional, the 2022 Efficiency, Sustainability, Innovation and CSR Awards in Logistics were given out in Madrid. We won the Digitisation Award, thanks to our IoT Cold Chain Monitoring and Big Data project.
It was an event showcasing the essential importance of digitisation and sustainability in logistics, two of the main characteristics of the value proposition of our Cold Chain Monitoring solution for the Food and Pharmaceutical industries.
We are proud that our monitoring solution has been appreciated and awarded by the temperature controlled logistics industry. Our IoT-based solution guarantees the supply chain a low-cost technology without gateways or threads, allowing thousands of monitoring points to be launched. We are equally proud that leading logistics companies have chosen to work with it and to digitise their businesses.
With several layers of cybersecurity, the system streamlines the cold chain and meets our customers’ major needs: generate data for streamlining efforts, ensure temperature traceability, geolocate shipments and manage incidents thanks to an alarm and notifications system. It also estimates the loss of useful life for food products in the event of cold chain incidents. This functionality reduces food waste, boosting the sustainability of the food system, allowing the logistics sector to improve in terms of safety and efficiency.
We appreciate this recognition of our technological solution for one of the strategic issues that more and more companies in the logistics sector are implementing: digital transformation.
